1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • During high-demand periods, sales, or festive seasons, processing times may be slightly delayed.


2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–14 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or minimum order values.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email/SMS

  • Tracking details and courier information

You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD may be available on selected pin codes and products.

  • Kidgora reserves the right to disable COD for certain orders based on location or order value.


6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with trusted courier partners, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Logistics disruptions

  • Incorrect shipping details

  • Remote location delivery issues

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact our support team.


7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.


8. Damaged Package

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Please record an unboxing video immediately after receiving the order.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos for assistance.


9. International Shipping

Currently, Kidgora ships only within India.
International shipping may be introduced in the future.
